There are plenty of ways you can make a difference. Explore more options below.

Serve In The Church

There are many opportunities to serve Christ as a volunteer in the various services, programs, and events that take place in church life at GPC.

Whether you have an interest in serving as an usher or lector, helping with audio/visual arts, participating in one or more of the choirs, assisting in the meals ministry, the card or flower ministries, the nursery, chaperoning a youth group, or reaching out to those who are in need of emotional and spiritual support, or simply want to learn more about how your particular interests or talents can best serve the current needs of the church.

Serve Locally

The Service to Community Committee exemplifies that portion of the GPC Mission to “reach out beyond our doors by serving and providing resources to all God’s people in an ever-changing world” within our local community.

The funds support local efforts to care for those in need of food, security, affordable health care, emergency financial assistance, safety from domestic violence, affordable housing , basic clothing necessities, educational support for disadvantaged children, youth development programs, and recreational programs for children and mentally-challenged individuals.

Volunteers are welcomed! To learn more about how you can help, email the church office at gpc.office@gtpres.org, or simply contact one of these organizations directly.

The local charities and organizations supported, commissioned, or founded by our church include:
